PLEASE HELP END THE SUFFERING!!!
~ANIMAL EXPERIMENTS & BRUTALITY MUST END!!!~
These images sear themselves into one's brain and never leave....

NO ANIMAL SHOULD EVER HAVE TO SUFFER FOR THE SAKE OF SCIENCE!!!
PLEASE HELP TO SHUT DOWN THESE CRUEL, BARBARIC LABS...

Some of the animals were raised in research labs, born into a life of endless agony, until they are killed or they die from the hell....
Some of the animals used in research were once pets who were discarded....
Their eyes are filled with misery, hopelessness, pain and betrayal...
They wonder what they could have done to make someone hate them so, when all they wanted was to give & receive LOVE!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
HELP!
I hear their cries in my soul....
I see their pain and torment.....
They look to US for help.....
WE MUST NOT LET THEM DOWN!
PLEASE SUPPORT LOW OR NO COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS AND PLEASE GIVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, VOLUNTEER, SIGN PETITIONS, MARCH....
DO WHATEVER YOU'RE ABLE TO HELP SAVE THESE INNOCENT SOULS!!!!

~PRAY~

Billy Graham's last crusade?
I hope not! What a powerful presence!
Billy Graham emanates faith, a strong and abiding conviction and belief in God.
He has moved and inspired millions of people...and it would seem that even those who do not share the same beliefs respect this man. I think he has personified a very real living example of a good and decent man who has tried to put God first and who has "witnessed" by being a good example of a devout Christian.
I admire Billy Graham and his firey, thunderous sermons. Billy Graham has never been afraid to speak out and stand behind his beliefs and convictions!
I hope he will continue as long as God wills it!

~LES BURKE~

~Speak Up For Leslie Burke~

Leslie Burke (England) suffers from Cerebellar Ataxia. He challenged the General Medical Council's guideline regarding the withholding of artificial feeding and hydration for the purpose of ending life.

Les has made some legal progress with his case through the years. However, the case is not close and the General Medical Council may get its way if this case is not given constant watch and backed with ongoing support.

The General Medical Council has no moral right to deny him artificial nutrition and hydration (ANH) should his condition deteriorate to the point where he medically requires it. That he and others are placed in this situation is a horror!

Let us Open our mouths and "...decree that which is just, and do justice to the needy...." - Proverbs 31: 9

"Extend your mercy towards others, so that there can be no one in need whom you meet without helping. For what hope is there for us if God should withdraw His Mercy from us?" - St. Vincent de Paul

Speak Up for Leslie Burke! Speak Out Against Euthanasia!
"How right that Leslie Burke should want the GMC [General Medical Council] guidance changed, to be assured that his life will not be cut short by doctors?" ... A doctor's duty is to maintain health and prevent, alleviate or cure disease as far as he can, but above all, to care. Every patient is equally important regardless of size or shape, social position, colour, creed, politics or ability, but we should seek to serve especially the most vulnerable, the most deprived; the most severely disabled, the most seriously ill, those who suffer most, and those who are nearest to death.
The medical profession does exist, but GMC registration is no longer sufficient identification. Doctors have to be guided by authority above that of lawyers and politicians, and be conscientious and open. That is why in the present state of ethical confusion, "Doctors who Respect Human Life" is vital. " - M B Howitt Wilson 9th May 2004 - Editorial Doctors & Ethics, Newsletter of the Bristish Section of the World Federation of Doctors who respect Human Life, No. 69
http://www.donoharm.org.uk/doctorsfed/spring2004/all.shtml "The Mental Capacity Bill will create rules compelling doctors and nurses to withdraw basic treatment or food and fluids from certain patients.
Some doctors are already undermining Hippocratic principles. Mentally incapacitated people (especially those suffering from conditions like stroke or dementia) are being killed by dehydration and starvation - withholding food and fluids.
The BMA [British Medical Association] has indicated its approval of this, and the General Medical Council has taken a similar approach (recently, in the Leslie Burke case, the GMC's guidance was found to be unlawful in the high court - although the case may go to appeal).
Some doctors and nurses are not fully aware of what is happening. A personal appeal from you to a nurse or doctor may help build awareness and opposition to euthanasia. "
- 15 Days Till Mental Capacity Bill Second reading (Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC)
http://www.spuc.org.uk/lobbying/alerts/20040926 "Leslie Burke sat in court in a wheelchair and listened while lawyers argued whether he should be starved and dehydrated to death. The lawyers arguing in favour of the proposition were egged on by the Secretary of State for Health, who deemed it too expensive to feed and water the ailing patient.
The General Medical Council was contending before the court that decisions over treatment were for doctors, not patients, ignoring utterly the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act which allow patients to make living wills denying themselves treatment and which will bind any doctor who might take a different view.
In other words, a patient may choose to die and his wishes will be paramount but if he chooses to live he is to be deemed an expensive impediment to the authority of the medical profession.
"The Hippocratic oath is no longer automatically required, so it is possible for these doctors to look Mr Burke in the eye and tell him that it is their right to starve him to death ... that it is too costly to administer basic sustenance to the dying."

~TERRI...YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN~

Terri's autopsy results are in.....
How can we be expected to believe Terri was blind? We all saw the videos and a blind person does not follow a balloon with her eyes! Also, I want to say that whether or not Terri was brain damaged does not give ANYONE the right to murder her! She suffered and died as a result of dehydration! A gruesome way to die! If she had been allowed to continue to eat orally years ago and that function had not atrophied, due to forced withdrawal of oral feedings by Michael, she would have been continuing to receive nourishment & hydration...but he ordered it stopped according to some...and ordered a feeding tube. Are we watching a guilty man walk away? Only God knows.
Terri, we will remember you always...
Print Story: Schiavo Autopsy Finds No Sign of Trauma on Yahoo! News

Terri Schiavo autopsy results to be released this morning.
I think about Terri so often and how she impacted my life...and the lives of so many others. It made me aware of the fact that there are thousands of others who are in the same horrific situation, though most are not high profile, and so we are unaware of them. It goes against everything I believe to see that "Legal Killing" has become more and more commonly done.
We must scream out against it! This is wrong, goes against God's word and we must all speak out to bring it to a stop!
For a while, during the height of the Terri Schiavo case, people were swarming to have their final wishes put down in living wills...now that the public furor has dissipated, it becomes somewhat forgotten. Please don't forget...make your final wishes known, get it down on paper, witnessed and documented. Anything could happen to any one of us at any time...we never know when our time will come. Don't allow your family to be forced to make the decision....don't allow the state or the government to decide when you should be killed...ONLY GOD CAN DECIDE THAT! Make provision for yourself, make decisions for yourself...share them with your loved ones but also MAKE IT LEGAL! Hire an attorney to draw up the papers! In the meantime, if you believe that NO ONE should be euthanised, SPEAK UP! Write letters, send emails, make phone calls, blog, demonstrate...but make your voice heard!

Speak Up For Leslie Burke

Shades of the ill fated Terri Schiavo situation....this issue will remain to haunt all of humanity unless something is done to put a stop to so-called "legal killing"....Withholding food and water from ANYONE, whether they're conscious or not is an abomination. No one but God has the right to take another's life.
Leslie Burke is fully COHERENT, understanding perfectly the fate that awaits him, yet he chooses to live and he is being forced to fight, to plead for the right to be ALLOWED to remain living! This could happen to ANYONE at any time...think about it!
Think how you would feel to be faced with this horrendous fate! Starvation and dehydration is a gruesome death, despite what some may say to the contrary. You or a loved one could be next! We must not allow this to happen! PLEASE! I implore you to speak up and be counted! Assert YOUR right to life and the right of all human beings to LIVE...free and unencumbered of a forced demise. Time is running out....we must ALL speak out NOW!
