STOP EXXON FROM DESTROYING ANIMAL'S HABITATS! STOP AERIAL SLAUGHTER OF WOLVES!

Today ExxonMobil will announce the largest corporate profit in history --more than $36 billion. What they won’t say is when they’ll stop using those massive profits to support policies that threaten our polar bears, sea otters, and the great wild places you and I care about.
Now ExxonMobil has a new CEO, Rex W. Tillerson. Defenders of Wildlife, a proud member of the ExxposeExxon Coalition, is asking for your help again to get ExxonMobil and its new CEO to turn over a new leaf.
Please view the clip and sign to help put a stop to infringement on these precious animals whose habitat is being destroyed by Exxon!

CHRISTOPHER PENN

IT JUST CAN'T BE.....CHRISTOPHER PENN CAN'T BE GONE.....

Chris Penn
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
Chris Penn has died....it just can't be possible! I am still in total shock!!

Chris Penn as Nice Guy Eddie in Reservoir Dogs
Christopher Ryan Penn (October 10, 1965January4, 2006) was an American film actor. He was the son of noted director Leo Penn and actress Eileen Ryan, and the brother of actor Sean Penn and musician Michael Penn. He dated and lived with Steffiana De La Cruz from 1993 to 1999.

Career
Born in
Los Angeles, Penn started acting at the age of 12 at the Loft Studio and made his film debut in 1979's Charlie and the Talking Buzzard. In 1983, he was featured in Francis Ford Coppola's youth drama Rumble Fish and appeared in a small role in the high school football drama All the Right Moves starring Tom Cruise. He also appeared in the hit dance musical Footloose in 1984, played a villain in the Clint Eastwood western Pale Rider(1985), and co-starred with his brother, Sean, and mother Eileen Ryan in At Close Range (1986).
Penn was typically cast as a
supporting actor, featured as a villain or a working-class lug, or in a comic role. Two of his more memorable performances came in Reservoir Dogs and True Romance. In 1996 he won the best supporting actor at the Venice Film Festival for The Funeral. In Robert Altman's ensemble film, "Short Cuts", Penn played a troubled pool cleaner who is disturbed by his wife's profession; she is a telephone sex worker who takes calls from clients at home, which Penn's character is obliged to listen to. The dramatic ending of the film features the climactic response of Penn's character to this pent-up sexual frustration and feeling of powerlessness.
Penn was featured on
Law and Order: Criminal Intent during the 2004-2005 season. During that time, he was featured on the 2004 video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as the voice of Officer Eddie Pulaski and played himself on a 2005 episode of Entourage. He also appeared in The Darwin Awards which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival one day after his death.

Death
Penn was discovered dead on
January 24, 2006 in his condominium near the beach in Santa Monica. His housekeeper called the police. Police indicated that the 40-year-old actor was found at approximately 4 p.m. local time, and that no signs of foul play were apparent. The cause of death is unknown pending the results of an autopsy.

In court he "copped a plea" to avoid the nasty publicity of a jury trial, and confessed to torturing one black and white cat, Misty, adopted from Citizens for Humane Action. Under the current statutes the most severe penalty for this man, if convicted, would be 90 days in jail and/or a fine of $750. Outcome Shon Rahrig's sentencing was well attended with representatives from CAHS, CHA, PET FBI, POET, COPA and some individuals. Channel 6 camera crew was there, the other stations were covering a school bus disaster. Rahrig did his best to look normal and innocuous, wore a jacket and tie, remained impervious to the glares of the people in attendance and leafed casually through an agenda. ( He will need to block out all of November.) After having plead guilty to one count he tried to say "it was a lie" but Kerri Manion presented the CAHS cruelty investigation team's findings which was difficult to listen to. The unfortunate cat really suffered. To get to the point: sentence was 45 days in jail, out of a maximum 90, the last 15 may be converted to work-release, by which he is free to leave during day but has to go back to jail to sleep and he has to pay for his incarceration. He has to reimburse CAHS $100 for the necropsy of the poor victim. No counseling was mandated but remains at discretion of his probation officer. Probation is 5 years during which he may not own any living thing and he is subject to check-up visits by CAHS. Judge Pfeiffer did his best, we think, to make him understand that he had committed a wanton act of cruelty against a defenseless animal and that nothing in his psychological study indicated a mental problem. "I am not crazy" said Shon. Mary Poliseno, President of CAHS, said she was concerned about what would happen if he moved outside the Franklin County jurisdiction and the Judge said he would extend his sentence to all of Central Ohio. There will probably be some protest demonstration soon to draw more attention to the case and to the sorry state of our animal protection laws here in Ohio, the Heart of it all.
